Description
Welcome to the Cardiff-by-the-Sea Library. We are Cardiff's closest movie, music and book stop.
We offer: weekly children's programs and crafts. Friends of the Cardiff Library First Wednesday Series, Grandparents and Books program, Saturday storytimes, Wii playdates, bilingual storytimes, Yoga classes, spanish conversation, kids' movie matinees, WIFI, Internet, books and magazines, DVDs and CDs are available.
We have the largest trade paperback/contemporary fiction collection in the County, and special "green" living and surfing collections. Check it out at Cardiff!!!
Serving the community of Cardiff-by-the-Sea for 90+ years, the Cardiff Library is one of the oldest branches in the San Diego County Library system.
We have been in our new location since March 2003. Please stop by for a visit.

The Book Nook, where gently used books are sold, is a very special part of our new library. Immediately on your right as you come up the steps of the front entrance, it welcomes you to come inside, browse and buy.
